Teck donates approximately 1% of our annual pre-tax earnings on a five-year rolling average basis. Teck is focusing its limited resources on opportunities that are most aligned with our priorities, particularly in those communities where we have operations.

This initiative allows our employees to amplify the impact of their personal donations through a donation-matching system supported by Teck. Employees can support causes closest to their heart; the company matches their contributions, effectively doubling the impact of their personal donations. Funds are directed towards community organizations, in alignment with Teck’s values of solidarity, equity and social responsibility.
