Finance Graduate Rotation Program

It’s tough starting a new job, which is why you won’t be doing that at Teck. You’ll be launching your career.

Our three-year New Finance Graduate Rotation Program offers a unique experience designed to develop finance, leadership, and business competencies for recent finance graduates of Canadian universities. As a member of the Teck team, you will have a dedicated senior finance leadership team mentor who will provide guidance and continuity throughout the program. That includes multiple exceptional work rotation opportunities that will help you develop in ways that only hands-on experience and quality coaching can provide. You’ll be provided with many leadership opportunities, including those not often available to new graduates.

Learn and Grow with Teck

What happens when you combine meaningful work with responsibility and challenge? You learn and grow. Participants in the New Grad Rotation Program will gain unique cross-functional experience by engaging in various exciting assignments in all finance areas, including commercial, accounting, treasury, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and assurance & advisory. The focus will be on strengthening your finance, leadership, and business skills, while providing for personal development, flexibility and life balance.

Recruitment Process

Applicants require a degree or postgraduate degree (Master’s degree) in business, finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or math. The program begins in September 2022.
